Formulation and Development (F&D) - Officer

The F&D Officer will be responsible for formulation development, conducting trials, and supporting scale-up and technology transfer activities. The involves working closely with R&D, QA, QC, and production teams to ensure successful development and commercialization of products. The candidate will also ensure proper documentation and adherence to GMP and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct laboratory trials, experiments, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare and maintain development reports, protocols, and technical documentation.
• Support scale-up and technology transfer activities to production.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and production teams for development and validation processes.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor stability studies and evaluate product performance.
• Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in all development activities.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Assist in preparation of regulatory documentation for product submissions.
• Participate in validation activities including process and cleaning validation.
• Stay updated with advancements in formulation technologies and industry trends.
• Support new product launches and ensure readiness for commercial production.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with regulatory inspections.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in formulation processes.
