Quality Assurance Executive

The Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality systems, ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines, and maintaining proper documentation practices. The involves coordinating with production, QC, and other departments to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance. The candidate will also support audits, validations, and quality improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) as per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and company quality standards.
• Review and approve SOPs, batch manufacturing records, and quality documents.
• Handle deviation management, CAPA, and change control processes.
• Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory and customer audits.
• Ensure proper documentation practices and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with production and QC teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Participate in process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification.
• Monitor environmental and process parameters to ensure compliance.
• Investigate product complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance gaps.
• Conduct training sessions on quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure all quality records are updated.
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and compliance.
