Apprentice

The Apprentice will assist in routine laboratory operations, method development, and stability studies while adhering to cGLP and EHS guidelines. The involves supporting analytical testing, documentation, and compliance activities under the guidance of senior team members. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in pharmaceutical analysis and research processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform stability studies of laboratory batches and record observations accurately.
• Conduct routine analysis of formulation and development samples.
• Assist in preparation of test procedures, protocols, and development reports.
• Support method development, verification, and validation activities for drug products.
• Participate in cleaning verification method development and validation.
• Conduct API method evaluation and analytical method verification.
• Maintain proper documentation as per cGLP and data integrity requirements.
• Prepare and standardize working standards and reference materials.
• Assist in method development for drug product formulations.
• Perform routine analysis of stability samples and development batches.
• Ensure compliance with in-house quality systems and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygienic conditions in the laboratory and work areas.
• Follow all safety protocols, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and attend EHS training.
• Handle and dispose of laboratory waste as per EHS and safety requirements.
• Maintain laboratory instruments and assist in calibration and upkeep.
• Coordinate with team members for smooth execution of lab activities.
• Report deviations or discrepancies observed during experiments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory processes.
• Learn and adhere to SOPs, guidelines, and best practices in pharmaceutical analysis.
• Assist senior team members in ongoing research and development projects.
