Deputy Manager-MIS & QA

The Deputy Manager – MIS & QA will be responsible for reviewing and validating process compliance across GBSS functions, ensuring service delivery aligns with defined standards and stakeholder commitments. The involves managing internal and external reporting, implementing quality assurance frameworks, and driving automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and validate process compliance with SOPs, global policies, and delivery methodologies.
• Provide assurance on service delivery quality across various shared service processes.
• Monitor adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and customer commitments.
• Conduct periodic quality audits andentify process gaps or deviations.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
• Collaborate with GBSS teams to improve reporting efficiency and quality standards.
• Drive automation initiatives within MIS and Quality Assurance functions.
• entify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvement strategies.
• Standardize reporting formats and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
• Support governance mechanisms and establish reporting frequency in coordination with stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure proper documentation of QA processes, audit findings, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and process improvements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation.

• Train and guide team members on MIS tools, reporting standards, and QA processes.
