Job Description
Apprentice - Sales and Marketing is responsible for supporting sales, marketing, and business development activities while gaining practical industry experience and professional skills. The involves assisting in market research, customer coordination, promotional activities, sales reporting, and marketing campaign execution to support organizational growth and customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales and marketing team in daily operational and business development activities.
- Support execution of marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with customers, clients, and internal departments for sales-related activities.
- Conduct market research and gather information on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and marketing documentation as required.
- Support lead generation and customer follow-up activities.
- Assist in maintaining customer databases, sales records, and business reports.
- Coordinate promotional events, campaigns, meetings, and product awareness activities.
- Support digital marketing, social media, and branding initiatives when required.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Monitor customer feedback and communicate market insights to the sales team.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and business partners.
- Support data analysis and reporting related to sales and marketing performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of marketing and sales operations.
- Learn and follow organizational policies, business processes, and customer service standards.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and skill development activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and reporting activities.
- Maintain professionalism, discipline, and positive work ethics at all times.
- Stay updated with company products, services, and market developments.
- Perform additional sales and marketing support responsibilities assigned by supervisors or management.
