Job Description:

Zydus Hospitals is seeking for a Associate(Staff Nurse) to provide quality patient care, assist in clinical procedures, and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provideect patient care as per treatment plans and nursing protocols
• Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and report changes to concerned doctors
• Administer medications and treatments safely as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assist in admission, discharge, and patient transfer procedures
• Participate in ward rounds and coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams
• Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards
• Handle equipment and ensure proper maintenance and readiness
• Follow proper handover procedures between shifts
• Maintain professional behavior and effective communication with patients and staff
