Job Description:

Dr. Jivraj Mehta Smarak Health Foundation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support medical staff in delivering effective healthcare services. The ideal candidate will assist in patient treatment, monitoring, and overall nursing care to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provideect patient care and support medical staff
• Monitor and record patient vital signs regularly
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors
• Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations
• Maintain proper patient hygiene and comfort
• Educate patients and families about care plans and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
• Coordinate with other healthcare staff for smooth patient care
• Participate in ward rounds and nursing meetings
• Assist in the management of medical equipment and supplies
