CSSD Technician

Job Description:

Health1 Super Speciality Hospital is seeking a dedicated CSSD Technician to manage sterilization, disinfection, and proper handling of surgical and medical instruments, ensuring patient safety and adherence to hospital standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sterilize and disinfect surgical instruments and medical equipment.
• Inspect instruments and equipment for cleanliness and functionality.
• Organize and maintain sterile storage areas and instrument trays.
• Prepare instruments and supplies for surgical and medical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and infection control standards.
• Record and track sterilization cycles and equipment usage.
• Maintain proper inventory of instruments, consumables, and sterilization supplies.
• Assist medical and surgical teams by providing necessary instruments promptly.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
