Job Description

The Deputy Manager – Human Resources will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training, and employee relations. The involves close coordination with management and various departments to ensure effective HR practices, administrative support, and a productive workplace environment. The candidate will also handle site-level HR operations and contribute to organizational development initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, and exit processes.
  • Handle recruitment and selection activities as per site manpower requirements.
  • Coordinate induction and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience and proper documentation for new joiners.
  • Manage employee relations and address employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities.
  • Drive Learning & Development programs including training needentification and execution.
  • Maintain training records and monitor effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes and employee development plans.
  • Handle administrative activities and coordinate PR module for admin-related work.
  • Manage event planning including employee events, client visits, and internal functions.
  • Arrange logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and site support for client visits.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for resolving admin and facility-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance monitoring, and HR operations as required.
  • Assist in implementation of HR policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build a positive work culture and promote employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a point of contact between employees and management for HR-related matters.
  • Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
