Executive - Finance

The Executive – Finance will be responsible for handling accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting audits. The involves working closely with internal teams to maintain financial accuracy and contribute to efficient financial management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, books of accounts, and ledgers.
• Process invoices, payments, and journal entries in a timely manner.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in preparation and filing of tax returns and financial documents.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation.
• Monitor expenses and assist in budgeting and cost control activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting needs.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to company policies.
• entify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
