Purchase Executive

The Purchase Executive will oversee the complete procurement cycle including vendor coordination, purchase order processing, inventory monitoring, and stock reconciliation. This involves working on SAP systems, ensuring timely approvals, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing procurement processes. The candidate will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure uninterrupted availability of materials and cost-effective purchasing practices while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including SAP operations and purchase order (PO) creation.
• Handle PO approvals, follow-ups, and ensure timely order placement.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and order fulfillment.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill procurement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Analyze procurement data toentify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Assist in vendor evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare procurement reports and MIS for management review.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
