Officer - Sales MIS

The Officer – Sales MIS will be responsible for end-to-end management of sales data, including collection, validation, analysis, and reporting. This plays a critical part in supporting the sales function by providing accurate and timely MIS reports, performance dashboards, and analytical insights. The candidate will work closely with sales, finance, and management teams to track key performance indicators, monitor target achievements, andentify business trends.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and maintain accurate sales data from multiple sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Analyze sales performance, trends, and key metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Track target vs. achievement and highlight gaps to the sales team.
• Maintain and update dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with sales teams to gather required inputs and validate information.
• Assist in forecasting, planning, and budgeting activities.
• Monitor and report on territory-wise and product-wise sales performance.
• entify discrepancies in data and resolve issues proactively.
• Support management in decision-making through detailed analysis and reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all MIS reports.
• Automate and improve reporting processes for better efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and data confidentiality standards.
