Territory Development Manager

The Territory Development Manager will focus onentifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and increasing revenue through strategic sales initiatives. The involves working closely with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and diagnostic centers to promote the company’s services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
• Promote laboratory services and achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and presentations to generate leads.
• Manage and expand existing accounts to increase business volume.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS data, and territory performance analysis.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities within the territory.
• Organize and participate in health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues to maintain long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.
