Job Description:
Epic Multispecialty Hospital is seeking a proactive and professional PR Executive to join our multispecialty hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for managing public relations, patient engagement, and communication activities across OPD and IPD services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance the hospital’s public image through communications and media interactions.
• Coordinate patient engagement and feedback activities in OPD and IPD.
• Prepare press releases, newsletters, and official communications.
• Handle social media accounts and online presence for the hospital.
• Plan and execute events, health camps, and community outreach programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and the public.
• Monitor media coverage and provide regular PR reports to management.
• Assist in internal communications and employee engagement activities.
• Respond to public queries and patient-related communications professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to support branding initiatives.
