Job Description

Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager (Oncology) to drive sales growth and manage key institutional accounts within the oncology segment. The involves building strong relationships with oncologists, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders, promoting products through scientific discussions, and executing strategic business plans. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering consistent business performance.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for the oncology product portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to ensure consistent growth.
  • entify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and oncology centers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hematologists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Engage with hospital administrators, procurement teams, and key decision-makers effectively.
  • Create and implement customized account plans for key institutional clients.
  • Manage key accounts, tenders, and institutional sales processes efficiently.
  • Deliver scientific and value-based product presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Promote oncology products through evidence-based and patient-centric discussions.
  • Provide accurate scientific and commercial information to support product adoption.
  • Stay updated on oncology treatment protocols, product knowledge, and industry advancements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies regularly.
  • Gather field insights and provide actionable feedback to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with medical, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams.
  • Support product launches, campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Strengthen customer engagement through regular meetings and follow-ups.
  • Organize and support CME programs, conferences, and medical education initiatives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
  • Analyze data toentify growth opportunities and improve performance.
