Job Description:

Sunflower Multispeciality Hospital seeking a compassionate and service-oriented Patient Relation Officer to enhance patient experience and ensure smooth communication between patients and hospital staff. Theeal candidate will be responsible for addressing patient concerns, coordinating services, and maintaining a high standard of patient satisfaction throughout their healthcare journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for patients and their attendants
• Handle and resolve patient queries, concerns, and feedback
• Coordinate with medical and administrative teams for seamless patient care
• Ensure a positive patient experience from admission to discharge
• Assist patients with appointments, admissions, and procedures
• Maintain and update patient records and interaction logs
• Support in managing patient feedback and grievance handling
• Guide patients regarding hospital services, policies, and processes
• Ensure adherence to service quality standards and protocols
• Promote a patient-friendly and supportive environment
