Job Description:

Sunflower Hospitals seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse skilled in delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in patient assessment, supporting treatment plans, and maintaining clinical standards while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to healthcare protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting in procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per hospital standards
• Assist doctors and medical teams during examinations, treatments, and surgeries
• Ensure adherence to infection control practices and hygiene protocols
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the concerned medical staff
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions
• Handle medical equipment and ensure proper sterilization and maintenance
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient care delivery
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide first-line care
• Maintain a compassionate and supportive environment for patients
