Front Desk Executive

Job Description:

Sunflower Multispecialty Hospital is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This involves managing front office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering a professional and welcoming experience while supporting day-to-day administrative activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls andect them to relevant departments
• Manage appointments and maintain scheduling accuracy
• Greet and assist patients/visitors with a courteous approach
• Address basic queries and guide patients accordingly
• Maintain records, files, and documentation efficiently
• Perform scanning, printing, and administrative support tasks
• Ensure availability of office and reception supplies
• Keep the front desk area organized and presentable
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth patient flow
• Support additional administrative duties as needed
