Sr. Executive - Supply Chain Management

Job Description:

Intas Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sr. Executive – Supply Chain Management to join their dynamic team and support end-to-end supply planning and coordination. The involves managing production alignment, inventory control, and ensuring timely product availability to meet business and market demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with production and market teams to fulfill supply requirements
• Support supply chain planning and execution activities
• Participate in S&OP meetings and assist in decision-making processes
• Set production and packing priorities based on demand forecasts
• Monitor inventory to prevent stock-outs and manage excess or short-expiry stock
• Evaluate supply against sales opportunities and tender requirements
• Act as a point of contact for assigned region supply operations
• Perform demand and inventory analysis to optimize supply planning
• Ensure timely order placement, invoicing, and dispatch coordination
• Generate MIS reports using SAP and Excel for tracking and reporting
