Job Description:

Intas Pharmaceuticals is seeking a professional who will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project management activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting. The involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and effective communication with stakeholders. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring data confidentiality, and providing actionable insights to leadership through structured reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain project dashboards, milestone trackers, and management reports for leadership review
  • Track, monitor, and report progress across projects,entifying risks, delays, and key issues
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and strategic objectives
  • Ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality and compliance standards
  • Handle confidential information and documents with a high level of integrity and discretion
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for efficient tracking and audit readiness
  • entify gaps in processes and support improvements in project management practices
