Resident Medical Officer

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, case sheets, and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for effective patient care.

• Manage admissions, discharges, and referrals efficiently.
• Provide counseling to patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment plans.
