Optical Sales Executive

The Optical Sales Executive will be responsible for handling optical store sales, assisting customers with frames and lenses, explaining product options, maintaining stock, coordinating with optometrists, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This requires good communication skills, basic optical product knowledge, sales ability, and a customer-friendly approach. The candidate will help increase optical sales while maintaining professional service quality and accurate billing support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their eyewear, lens, and frame requirements.
• Explain different types of frames, lenses, coatings, sunglasses, and optical products.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear based on prescription, comfort, budget, and style.
• Coordinate with optometrists for prescription details and customer eye test support.
• Prepare accurate quotations, bills, orders, and product delivery records.
• Maintain optical product display, frame arrangement, cleanliness, and store presentation.
• Handle customer queries related to lens quality, frame fitting, warranty, and delivery timeline.
• Follow up with customers for order confirmation, delivery, repairs, and repeat purchases.
• Maintain stock records, product availability, near-moving items, and reorder requirements.
• Coordinate with lens vendors, suppliers, lab teams, and store in-charge for timely order delivery.
• Check received lenses and frames for accuracy, quality, and prescription matching.
• Support frame adjustment, basic fitting, and after-sales service coordination.
• Promote premium lenses, coatings, branded frames, and value-added optical products ethically.
• Maintain customer records, prescription details, and sales reports accurately.
• Ensure polite communication, customer satisfaction, and professional optical store service.
