Quality Executive

The Quality Executive will support hospital quality management, NABH documentation, audits, SOP compliance, incident reporting, patient safety activities, and quality improvement initiatives at HCG Cancer Centre, Bangalore. This requires any graduation qualification with 2–5 years of quality or healthcare operations experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support implementation of hospital quality standards, SOPs, and patient safety practices.
• Maintain quality documents, audit files, policy records, committee minutes, and compliance trackers.
• Assist in internal audits, department rounds, gap analysis, and corrective action follow-up.
• Track incidents, complaints, near misses, CAPA, risk registers, and quality indicators.
• Coordinate with clinical, nursing, operations, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, and administration teams.
• Support NABH, accreditation, statutory, and internal compliance documentation.
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, audit summaries, and process improvement updates.
• Conduct awareness sessions and coordinate staff training related to quality standards.
• Monitor patient safety goals, consent compliance, documentation quality, and process adherence.
• Follow up on non-compliance and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in quality records.
• Promote continuous improvement and patient safety culture across hospital departments.
