Cloudnine Hospitals is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Executive – Customer Care to deliver exceptional patient experiences, manage end-to-end customer interactions, and ensure seamless service delivery across all touchpoints. The involves patient engagement, coordination of services, CRM management, and driving customer satisfaction while supporting business and operational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Welcome and greet patients/visitors professionally and assist with their needs.
- Handle appointment bookings, inquiries, and service-related requests.
- Provide facility tours and explain services, packages, and benefits to customers.
- Educate customers about maternity packages, early booking benefits, and post-natal services.
- Manage complete customer lifecycle and update CRM data accurately.
- entify and follow up with warm and cold leads to drive conversions.
- Handle customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, and escalate when required.
- Coordinate scheduling of ANC visits, baby showers, nutrition, and physiotherapy sessions.
- Ensure all services under booked packages are delivered effectively.
- Support patients during admission, hospital stay, and discharge process.
- Conduct courtesy visits to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage engagement workshops like ANC, baby shower, and wellness sessions.
- Drive daily and monthly bed booking targets and support sales initiatives.
- Promote hospital services and packages to enhance revenue generation.
- Supervise and guide Guest Relations Executives (GREs) and ensure SOP adherence.
- Conduct daily briefings and monitor team performance and targets.
- Maintain accurate reports including enquiry tracker, customer lifecycle, and event tracker.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, closures, and reporting to management.
- Handle front desk operations, calls, couriers, and basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to hospital policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery.
- Participate in training programs and continuously improve service quality.
- Contribute to enhancing overall patient experience and brand value.
