Junior Consultant

Junior Consultant is responsible for supporting obstetrics and gynecology services, conducting patient consultations, assisting in clinical decision-making, and managing OPD/IPD womens health cases. The requires MS OBG, DNB OBG, or MD Gynaecology qualification with 0 to 3 years of experience. Candidates should have knowledge of obstetrics, gynecology, infertility, consulting, and patient care.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct obstetrics and gynecology OPD consultations.
• Diagnose and manage womens health and reproductive conditions.
• Support antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological patient care.
• Assist senior consultants in clinical evaluation and treatment planning.
• Manage admitted patients and coordinate IPD care.
• Review ultrasound, laboratory, and diagnostic reports.
• Counsel patients regarding treatment, pregnancy care, and follow-up.
• Assist in gynecological procedures and delivery-related care when required.
• Coordinate with nursing, OT, anesthesia, and diagnostic teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes, prescriptions, and medical records.
• Follow patient safety, consent, and infection control practices.
• Support infertility and reproductive health consultations.
• Participate in emergency obstetric care when required.
• Follow hospital protocols and ethical clinical practice.
• Deliver compassionate and confidential womens healthcare support.
