Staff Nurse-Nursing

The Staff Nurse will support patient care in emergency or assigned clinical departments by monitoring patient condition, assisting doctors, administering medication safely, and maintaining proper clinical records. The candidate should be alert, disciplined, and capable of responding to urgent care requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to emergency, ward, ICU, or assigned clinical patients.
• Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, consciousness level, pain, and treatment response.
• Administer emergency medicines, injections, IV fluids, oxygen, and prescribed treatment.
• Assist doctors during emergency care, dressing, procedures, and patient stabilization.
• Maintain emergency records, nursing notes, medication charts, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with ICU, OT, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and billing teams.
• Prepare emergency materials, oxygen, suction, monitors, and required supplies.
• Report critical changes or abnormal vitals immediately.
• Follow infection control, PPE, biomedical waste, and emergency safety protocols.
• Deliver fast, safe, and patient-centered nursing care.
