Staff Nurse - Nursing

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for safe nursing care delivery, doctor assistance, patient condition monitoring, and accurate documentation. The requires nursing discipline, professional communication, infection control awareness, and the ability to work in coordination with clinical and support teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in assigned clinical areas.
• Monitor vitals, oxygen level, pain, intake-output, and treatment response.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, oxygen, and nursing procedures safely.
• Assist doctors during clinical rounds, procedures, dressing, and emergency care.
• Maintain medication charts, nursing notes, medical records, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, billing, and support departments.
• Follow infection control, PPE, biomedical waste, and patient safety guidelines.
• Report abnormal clinical findings and patient deterioration promptly.
• Support patient admission, transfer, discharge, and shifting activities.
• Deliver safe, respectful, and compassionate nursing care.
