TPA & Corp. Manager

The TPA & Corporate Manager will be responsible for handling end-to-end coordination with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and corporate clients. This involves managing billing, resolving queries and disputes, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring seamless operations and high levels of client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with TPAs and corporate clients.
• Coordinate healthcare services to ensure smooth patient handling and approvals.
• Oversee billing processes and ensure accuracy in claims and documentation.
• Handle queries, escalations, and dispute resolution in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for all TPA and corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to TPA and corporate services.
