Job Description

Metropolis Healthcare Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and lead field sales operations within the assigned territory. The involves achieving revenue targets, managing receivables efficiently, ensuring high team productivity, and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to expand market presence.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive territory-wise business growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Ensure strong business focus with consistent revenue generation and market expansion.
  • Maintain receivable and debtor days within defined limits (below 50 days).
  • Monitor and ensure effective collection of payments and follow-ups with clients.
  • Manage receivables efficiently and minimize outstanding dues.
  • Lead, guide, and monitor field sales team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure daily call average of team members meets or exceeds defined benchmarks.
  • Achieve high territory coverage and ensure maximum market penetration.
  • Plan and execute field visits to doctors, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and institutions.
  • Promote diagnostic tests and services to healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, labs, and government institutions.
  • entify new business opportunities and generate leads for expansion.
  • Support establishment and growth of new Patient Service Centers (PSC), Doctor’s Business Points (DBP), and Associate PSCs.
  • Ensure test promotion growth targets (25% and above) are consistently achieved.
  • Execute Centre of Excellence (COE) plans effectively in line with budgeted numbers and value.
  • Drive growth of existing customers including ARC, DBP, hospitals, and laboratories (20%+ growth).
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends toentify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely submission of Monthly Tour Plans (MTP) and Daily Call Reports (DCR) for self and team.
  • Ensure strict adherence to marketing strategies, campaigns, and organizational initiatives.
  • Plan and execute health camps, promotional activities, and outreach programs (including Sundays).
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and customer service for smooth execution.
  • Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and MIS reports for decision-making.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain strong customer engagement and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
