The Dietitian will be responsible for assessing patients’ nutritional needs, developing customized diet plans, and supporting clinical treatments through effective nutrition management. The involves close coordination with doctors and healthcare teams, monitoring patient progress, and promoting healthy lifestyle practices. The candidate will ensure adherence to clinical nutrition standards while delivering patient-centric care and maintaining accurate documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ nutritional status, medical history, and dietary habits in detail.
- Develop individualized diet plans based on medical conditions and patient needs.
- Provide nutritional counseling for lifestyle and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cardiac conditions.
- Plan and implement therapeutic diets as per clinical requirements.
- Monitor patient progress and revise diet plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on healthy eating habits, portion control, and lifestyle modifications.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and dietary assessments.
- Maintain accurate diet charts, patient records, and documentation.
