HR Executive

The MBA – HR will be responsible for assisting and executing core HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in a dynamic healthcare environment. The candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset to handle HR responsibilities efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
• Post job openings on various job portals and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
• Assist in payroll coordination including attendance, leave records, and data validation.
• Support performance management processes including appraisals, goal setting, and feedback tracking.
• Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support and guidance.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational guidelines.
• Support training and development programs and maintain training records.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, employment letters, and internal communications.
• Coordinate exit formalities including full & final settlements and documentation.
• Support grievance handling and employee relations activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
• Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and HR requirements.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and workforce discipline.
• Participate in HR audits and ensure documentation readiness.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for HR records.
