Manager Accounts

The Manager – Accounts will be responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audits, and compliance. This requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements. The candidate will ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in financial processes while supporting business growth and financial stability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Handle taxation matters including GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls and procedures.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization effectively.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and revenue cycle processes.
• Ensure reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and ledgers.
• Review and approve journal entries, vouchers, and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and auditors.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team, ensuring performance and productivity.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.

• Ensure compliance with NABH and healthcare financial standards where applicable.
