RMO - Nephrology Professional

The RMO - Nephrology Professional will support nephrology patient care, dialysis coordination, renal monitoring, documentation, and consultant assistance at Max Healthcare, Delhi. This requires MBBS, BAMS, or BHMS with 1–3 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend nephrology ward, OPD, dialysis unit, ICU, and emergency patients.
• Monitor renal patients, vitals, fluid balance, electrolyte status, and reports.
• Assist nephrologists during rounds and treatment planning.
• Coordinate dialysis sessions, investigations, medication, and patient transfer.
• Prepare case notes, prescriptions, summaries, and handover documentation.
• Report dialysis complications or abnormal renal parameters promptly.
• Work closely with dialysis technicians, nurses, pharmacy, and laboratory teams.
• Ensure safe, timely, and protocol-based nephrology care.
