Inside Sales Executive

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead calling, enquiry handling, product explanation, quotation follow-up, CRM updates, sales coordination, and customer relationship support at Phantom Healthcare, Faridabad. This requires Any Graduate or MBA qualification with 0–5 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or healthcare equipment sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for medical equipment enquiries.
• Explain company products, features, benefits, pricing, and basic technical details to customers.
• Generate leads through calls, digital enquiries, referrals, and follow-up campaigns.
• Maintain CRM records, lead status, customer details, and follow-up schedules.
• Prepare and share quotations, brochures, product information, and proposals as required.
• Follow up with prospects for demos, meetings, quotations, and purchase decisions.
• Coordinate with field sales, service, logistics, and accounts teams for customer requirements.
• Identify potential customers from hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers.
• Support sales pipeline management and monthly sales target achievement.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate technical questions to seniors.
• Maintain daily call reports, enquiry reports, and conversion updates.
• Build strong customer relationships through timely and professional communication.
