Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for field visits, lead generation, product promotion, customer meetings, demo coordination, quotation follow-up, and sales conversion for Phantom Healthcare, New Delhi. This requires Any Graduate or MBA qualification with 1–6 years of experience in field sales, healthcare sales, or medical equipment sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, doctors, and healthcare organizations for product promotion.
• Generate new leads and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Explain medical equipment features, benefits, usage, pricing, and service support to customers.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer meetings.
• Prepare visit plans, sales reports, lead trackers, and follow-up updates.
• Share quotations, proposals, brochures, and product details with potential customers.
• Follow up with customers for purchase decisions, negotiations, and order closure.
• Coordinate with inside sales, service, logistics, accounts, and management teams.
• Track competitor activity, market demand, customer feedback, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital decision makers and procurement teams.
• Support payment follow-up and order documentation when required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets with ethical and professional field conduct.
