Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator will manage service coordination, customer support, engineer follow-up, complaint tracking, and after-sales documentation for Phantom Healthcare, Faridabad. This requires Any Graduate or MBA qualification with 1–3 years of experience in service desk coordination, healthcare equipment support, or customer relationship handling.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive and record customer complaints, service calls, and equipment support requests.
• Coordinate technician or service engineer visits based on urgency and location.
• Track service status from complaint registration to final closure.
• Communicate with customers regarding service schedule, engineer visit, and resolution updates.
• Maintain accurate service records, call reports, customer database, and pending issue trackers.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, spare parts, accounts, and technical teams when required.
• Support AMC, warranty, installation, and maintenance-related documentation.
• Follow up for customer feedback after service completion.
• Escalate unresolved issues, repeated complaints, or delay cases to management.
• Prepare MIS reports related to service calls, pending complaints, and closures.
• Maintain polite, clear, and professional customer communication.
• Ensure timely service support and customer satisfaction.
