Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating medical equipment service requests, customer communication, technician scheduling, service follow-up, documentation, and after-sales support at Phantom Healthcare, Faridabad. This requires Any Graduate or MBA qualification with 0–3 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or healthcare equipment operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer service requests related to medical equipment support and maintenance.
• Coordinate with service engineers, customers, sales team, and internal departments.
• Schedule installation, service visits, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support.
• Maintain service call logs, customer records, complaint status, and follow-up trackers.
• Communicate service timelines, updates, and issue status to customers professionally.
• Coordinate spare parts, documents, quotations, and service-related approvals when required.
• Follow up with engineers for closure reports, service feedback, and pending issues.
• Support warranty, AMC, CMC, and after-sales service documentation.
• Escalate delayed service calls, repeated complaints, or customer concerns to seniors.
• Prepare daily or weekly service coordination reports for management.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth, timely, and organized service coordination workflow.
