Executive - OCC

Executive - OCC is responsible for supporting homecare operations, outbound coordination, service delivery tracking, customer satisfaction, nursing coordination, and operational communication. The requires any graduate qualification with 0 to 1 year of experience. Candidates should have knowledge of BPO operations, outbound calling, analytical skills, service industry standards, homecare coordination, and patient communication.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily OCC and homecare coordination activities.
• Make outbound calls for service confirmation, follow-up, and updates.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, patients, attendants, and operations teams.
• Track homecare service delivery and patient support requirements.
• Maintain call records, service reports, and operational documentation.
• Handle patient and family queries with polite communication.
• Escalate service concerns to the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and support service improvement.
• Coordinate schedules, visits, and homecare service updates.
• Use analytical skills to track service gaps and pending actions.
• Follow service delivery protocols and communication standards.
• Ensure smooth, responsive, and patient-focused homecare coordination.
