Financial Counsellor - Fertility

The Financial Counsellor - Fertility will manage fertility patient counselling, treatment cost explanation, billing support, package guidance, patient communication, documentation, and financial coordination at Ankura Hospital, Hyderabad. This requires Graduation with 1–2 years of experience in counselling, patient communication, billing support, and fertility care.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel fertility patients and couples regarding treatment process, package details, billing flow, and financial planning.
• Explain IVF, fertility consultation, investigation, procedure, medication, and treatment-related cost estimates clearly.
• Coordinate with fertility doctors, nursing, front office, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and patient care teams.
• Guide patients on payment process, billing documents, package inclusions, exclusions, and follow-up requirements.
• Maintain counselling records, patient interaction notes, package trackers, and financial counselling documentation.
• Support patient queries related to treatment charges, installment options, approvals, and billing clarification.
• Follow up with patients for appointments, treatment cycle planning, payment updates, and required documents.
• Handle sensitive fertility-related communication with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Escalate billing disputes, package confusion, service delays, or patient concerns to seniors promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, fertility, treatment, and financial information.
• Support smooth fertility patient journey from counselling to treatment coordination.
