Job Description

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, manage key accounts, and drive profitability within the hospital segment. The involves executing business strategies, launching new products, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders to achieve both top-line and bottom-line objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets

  • Coach and mentor team members while ensuring performance management and capability development
