Manager - Pharmacovigilance

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is seeking a pharmacovigilance professional to manage drug safety operations, compliance tracking, and reporting activities. The involves ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements, maintaining robust pharmacovigilance systems, and supporting continuous improvement in safety processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing safety data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely submission of regulatory reports while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor pharmacovigilance trackers including Case Activity Tracker (CAT), Medical Query Tracker, and PADER tracker to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations by reviewing and updating SOPs and work instructions to maintain a robust quality system
• Participate in internal audits and external inspections, ensuring readiness and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Manage and coordinate Periodic Adverse Drug Experience Reports (PADER), including scheduling, data collection, and timely submission
• Oversee medical information call center coordination by tracking incoming and outgoing queries, categorizing them, and ensuring proper communication with relevant departments
• Ensure accurate documentation, data integrity, and compliance with global pharmacovigilance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage safety-related queries and operational challenges
• Handle additional responsibilities and projects assigned by the Head of Pharmacovigilance
