Deputy Manager - Assistant Manager

The Deputy Manager - Assistant Manager will support sales and marketing activities, referral development, doctor relationship building, lead generation, outreach programs, patient acquisition, and local market growth at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This requires any graduate qualification with 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, treatment facilities, and healthcare packages.
• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, community partners, and referral sources.
• Generate patient leads, referrals, enquiries, appointment opportunities, and business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, corporates, patients, and healthcare partners.
• Support health camps, awareness programs, outreach activities, and local marketing campaigns.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, referral records, campaign reports, and marketing MIS.
• Coordinate with OPD, front office, billing, diagnostics, doctors, and patient care teams.
• Follow up on enquiries, referrals, campaigns, and planned patient visits for conversion.
• Track competitor activity, local market feedback, and patient service expectations.
• Communicate hospital services ethically, clearly, and professionally.
• Support digital, field, corporate, and community marketing activities when required.
• Strengthen hospital visibility, patient trust, referral growth, and healthcare business development.
