Head - Finance

The Head - Finance will manage financial planning, budgeting, accounting supervision, cash flow management, statutory compliance, audit coordination, MIS reporting, and financial control at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This requires MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant qualification with 8–10 years of finance leadership experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead hospital finance operations, accounting control, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, collections, payments, expenses, and fund utilization.
• Review financial reports, MIS, profitability analysis, budget variance, and cost-control reports.
• Ensure GST, TDS, statutory compliance, taxation, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with accounts, billing, purchase, stores, HR, administration, vendors, banks, and management.
• Supervise financial documentation, approvals, reconciliations, ledgers, and accounting processes.
• Support pricing, package costing, revenue analysis, and department-wise financial review.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and external financial stakeholders.
• Identify financial risks, process gaps, leakage points, and corrective action requirements.
• Guide finance and accounts team members on compliance and reporting discipline.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, patient billing, vendor, and organizational data.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and strategic financial leadership.
