Job Description

Institutional Business Executive - Sales and Marketing is responsible for handling institutional sales activities, building relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, pharmacies, and corporate clients, and supporting business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. The involves client acquisition, business development, product promotion, order coordination, and maintaining strong institutional partnerships.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage institutional sales business within the assigned territory or region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Promote company products and services to institutional customers as per business strategies.
  • Achieve assigned institutional sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand institutional customer networks.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams, purchase departments, and healthcare professionals for business development.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations for institutional clients.
  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and customer support activities.
  • Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements for business planning.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and institutional marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of institutional orders and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and institutional accounts.
  • Ensure timely collection follow-up and coordination regarding payments when required.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and business procedures.
  • Maintain professionalism, effective communication, and customer-focused service at all times.
