Customer Care Executive (Freshers required)

Wockhard Hospitals is seeking a Customer Care Executive to manage front-desk communication, handle patient inquiries, and support hospital operations through effective coordination. The involves answering calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Provide accurate information to patients, visitors, and internal staff
• Route calls to relevant departments and ensure timely communication
• Manage visitor queries, messages, and report dispatch activities
• Maintain records of interactions and ensure proper documentation
• Handle challenging situations with confidence and problem-solving skills
• Use hospital information systems and software effectively
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and customer care standards
