Transplant Coordinator

The Transplant Coordinator will manage transplant-related clinical administration, organ coordination workflow, patient counselling, documentation, healthcare operations, and transplant team communication at Wockhardt Hospitals, Mumbai. This requires any graduate or healthcare qualification preferred with 3–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate transplant-related clinical and administrative workflows.
• Support organ management documentation, patient files, approvals, and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with transplant consultants, ICU, OT, nursing, laboratory, radiology, and administration teams.
• Guide patients and families regarding transplant process flow under clinical guidance.
• Maintain transplant registers, consent documents, communication records, and compliance files.
• Track investigations, appointments, procedures, and transplant readiness requirements.
• Support counselling, patient communication, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality of transplant, patient, and family information.
• Ensure timely documentation and smooth healthcare operations support.
• Follow hospital transplant protocols, patient safety, ethical standards, and legal documentation requirements.
• Escalate documentation gaps, approval delays, or urgent transplant coordination issues promptly.
• Ensure organized, compassionate, and compliant transplant coordination services.
