Executive - Accounts & Finance

The Executive – Accounts & Finance will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, billing reconciliation, and statutory compliance. The requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail, and coordination with internal departments to ensure accurate financial management and timely reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Prepare and verify invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow activities.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and hospital policies.
• Coordinate with billing department for revenue reconciliation and reporting.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for timely collections.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Assist in audits (internal and external) and provide required documentation.
• Maintain records for statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other filings.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage payment schedules.
• Ensure proper cost control and expense tracking across departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial records.
• Support payroll processing and financial coordination when required.
• Generate MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
• Ensure timely closure of accounts and financial reporting cycles.
• Perform any additional finance-related tasks assigned by management.
