Deputy Manager - Billing & TPA Services

The Deputy Manager – Billing & TPA Services will be responsible for supervising billing functions across OPD and IPD, managing insurance and TPA coordination, ensuring accurate invoicing, and overseeing claim processing and settlements. The involves leading the billing team, maintaining compliance with financial policies, and ensuring seamless coordination between patients, insurance providers, and internal departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations for OPD, IPD, and emergency services.
• Ensure accurate and timely generation of patient bills and invoices.
• Supervise TPA and insurance processes including pre-authorization, claims, and settlements.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for approvals and claim processing.
• Monitor billing accuracy and ensure compliance with hospital policies and pricing guidelines.
• Handle escalations related to billing discrepancies and insurance issues.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of insurance claims for faster settlements.
• Manage accounts receivable and track outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments for billing accuracy.
• Ensure smooth discharge process with timely bill clearance for patients.
• Monitor and analyze billing data and generate MIS reports for management.
• Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and reduce errors.
