Pharmacist

Wockhard Hospitals is seeking a Pharmacist to handle day-to-day pharmacy activities including procurement, stock management, and dispensing of medications. The involves ensuring compliance with SOPs, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting both inpatient and outpatient services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Follow and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) in pharmacy operations
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement
• Receive, verify, and record medicines through proper GRN processes
• Store medicines as per recommended conditions to maintain quality and safety
• Manage stock, including handling returns due to expiry, damage, or rejection
• Process indents and ensure timely supply of medicines to inpatient departments
• Dispense medicines to outpatients and provide necessary guidance
• Handle return of medicines from patients as per hospital policies
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
