Detail-oriented Senior Executive – Legal responsible for managing legal documentation, contract review, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal support activities. Adept at supporting litigation matters, maintaining legal records, and minimizing organizational legal risks through effective compliance monitoring and timely legal advisory support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Provide legal support to business teams on operational and commercial matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, opinions, and case documentation.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities including negotiation and documentation control.
- Monitor legal compliance requirements and support internal compliance initiatives.
- Assist in handling litigation, dispute resolution, and legal proceedings.
- Maintain and update legal records, licenses, permits, and statutory documents.
- Review vendor, customer, and partnership agreements for legal risk assessment.
- Support corporate governance and regulatory filing activities.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Participate in policy drafting and legal process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments on compliance and legal matters.
- Prepare periodic legal reports and updates for senior management.
